Version 1.9 is uploaded. English page is made.
No major changes in algorithm, but changing of time resolution is
avaliable (from 0.007 s to 0.1 s). More friendly command-line.
INI file added.

Now we are a group. Version 2.0 is uploaded.
First Windows interface vertsion. Also Console,DOS and OS/2
versions were published. Under windows version, frequency correction
is possible. Additional Disk Buffering mode for small memory systems
was implemented for command line versions. Other features - see
README.
Nowdays we are testing other schemes for analysis of music piece.
